Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During launches and holidays, please allow an extra 1–2 days.

  • Origin: Our primary fulfillment operates from Asia/US partner facilities; specific origin may vary by stock location.

Shipping Costs & Free-Shipping Thresholds

  • Express upgrades are optional and non-refundable once dispatched.

Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours to show movement.
  • Delivery may require a signature in certain regions; carriers may leave parcels in a safe place at their discretion.
  • For time-sensitive events (weddings, shoots, festivals), consider Express and order early.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, VAT/GST, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customs processing may extend delivery timelines. We cannot undervalue parcels or mark as gifts.

Wrong Address, Delays & Lost Parcels

  • Address changes: Contact us immediately before dispatch; we cannot reroute once shipped.
  • Delays: Weather, customs, and peak seasons can add time; check your tracking for the latest scans.
  • Lost parcels: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (domestic) or 14+ (international), we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund per policy.

Pre-orders & Split Shipments

Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are available, or be split at our discretion. Separate tracking numbers will be provided for split shipments.
